Our institutional model includes providing trained educators, age-appropriate curriculums, student workbooks, and implementation support to partner educational institutions.

2. Eligibility & Authorized Representation

Our website and demo booking tools are designed for school leaders, trustees, principals, directors, academic coordinators, and authorized institutional representatives. By submitting an institutional demo request or curriculum inquiry on behalf of a school, you represent that you have the authority to make such inquiries for the institution.

3. Institutional Demo Bookings & Inquiries

Submitting a demo request through our website serves as an initial inquiry and scheduling request. It allows our academic partnerships team to review your school's requirements and coordinate a demonstration.

Submission of a demo request does not create a binding commercial contract or guarantee immediate program deployment until a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or institutional service agreement is executed between Kavora Learning and the school.

4. Institutional Service Agreements

All commercial terms, trainer deployment schedules, fees, classroom hours, and deliverables for school-wide implementations are governed by separate, signed bilateral agreements between Kavora Learning and the respective educational institution. In case of any conflict between these website terms and a signed institutional agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this website—including curriculum outlines, brochures, pedagogical frameworks, lesson structures, graphics, logos, videos, software code, and branding—are the exclusive intellectual property of Kavora Learning.
